About the Product
I purchased this as a cookbook for a friend. It arrived promptly but had several tears in the cover and the alignment was off. They advised me on how to re-align, which was totally my fault, as I had never created anything on their website before. They sent me a new cover at no extra charge-customer service is excellent! It was perfect and my friend loved it.

The binder turned out very nice. Had an issue with one of the rings inside the binder not closing properly. Contacted Zazzle, had to send them a pic of the ring and a brand new binder was sent out to me. So, I would have to say very good customer service!
