I have purchased several OtterBox products and am always impressed with the quality. It provides heavy duty protection without being cumbersome or bulky. It is definitely an attention getter - people get a glimpse of the picture and the lettering when I'm using my phone and they ask if they can see it, and then they "ooh" and "aww."About the PrintThe quality of the printing was excellent! The picture turns out exactly as you see it on the website when you attach it. The lettering is clear and exactly in the place I wanted it. I love how I was able to place the lettering anywhere I so choose (above, below) and move the picture around to where I wanted it placed. Also, I have used it everyday, all day long and the print of the picture AND the lettering have not faded or scratched off; in fact, it looks the same as the day it arrived - perfect. The only thing I was disappointed in: I couldn't edit the picture I chose - to lighten it (the original picture was taken in poor lighting and I can lighten it on my computer, but when I selected the picture to put it on the Zazzle website, it changed the picture back to the original and I couldn't lighten it on the website).

Have already dropped my phone, and the case protected it well as it clattered around on the concrete. Moved to the Otterbox from Speck because the sides of the Speck case were smoother and therefore more slippery. The grainy texture of the Otterbox case gives it some tooth/grip in the hand.About the PrintUploaded a PNG with gradation, and it printed as a huge background blob. Zazzle was happy to reprint it (with some changes to the art file on my side), and the final iteration was perfect.
